Do I need to setup an account or register to place on online order?
Although you can order as a guest, having a Maria Basit Malik (MBM) account will enhance your shopping experience by keeping you up to date with newsletters, storing your billing/shipping information and ensuring faster checkouts.
How do I make an account?
To create your very own Maria Basit Malik Online Account, follow these simple instructions:
1) Click on the ‘Sign in’ button on the top right-hand corner of the home page.
2) Click on the ‘Create an Account’ button at the bottom of the screen
What if I forget my password?
In the event of a forgotten password, simply:
Click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the sign in page. Enter your email address Click on the link sent to you in your email address Enter your new password.
How can I update/edit my shipping or billing address details?
Go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Edit’ at the address tab to enter your new address.
Where can I view my order history?
Your order history will be
available on your Dashboard on your Account page.
Do you have a store?
Yes! We have two stores in Lahore:

Does adding an item to the shopping cart reserve it?
No, an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at checkout.
What is the difference between Order ID and Tracking ID?
Your Order ID will be used to identify your order and will be a part of the Order Sales Summary email. Another email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched with your Tracking ID which will allow you to check the status of your delivery on the courier’s website.
Do you take orders over phone call or through messengers?
Yes, you can place your order by calling us at +92-306-6640555, by sending WhatsApp on the same number and by sending message as well. You can also contact us on our official Instagram page for order placement ( https://www.instagram.com/mariabasitmalikofficial/ ). There our fashion consultant will assist you accordingly. Please ensure to provide the article number, color and size of the product you wish to purchase.
Do you Restock the sold out articles online?
We do replenish articles on our e-store (online), unless they have sold out entirely.
How can I cancel my order?
For order cancellation, please contact our customer services department within 24 hours of placing the order.
Can I wash my outfit in the washing machine or by hand?
These pieces feature delicate hand embellishments, including stones, pearls, and other materials.
DRY CLEAN ONLY
Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage if the outfit is washed in a machine or by hand.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
Please note that any payment made at the time of placing the order is non-refundable.
